Refunds
You can cancel your order or change the shipping address at any time before it ships. We will charge a fee based on the order processing. However, once the product has shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel the order.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please send the relevant evidence to support@uwinvapes.com or WhatsApp +15580162830. We will send you a replacement product upon confirmation. Please note that device fees are non-refundable after the order has shipped.

Lost Orders
If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us via email. We will address the issue and send you a new order upon confirmation.
